A place for dialogueThere's a balance to telling enough and telling too much. It is a dance finding that sweet spot without overwhelming, but communication is the best way we can involve our community more in the future of Harbour Square. ![]() Photo by Pavan Trikutam on Unsplash A challenge we face is keeping the community informed of where we are and the challenges in front of us. Additionally, this communication needs to be a dialogue so the Board doesn’t make decisions in a vacuum.
I believe in creating processes where community feedback is collected in ways that allow all voices to be heard equally--not only the loudest filling the void.
