Occupation: Sr. Director of Technology at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Volunteer experience: I previously served on the Harbour Square Board for six years--five of those as President--a time during which our community made great progress in stabilizing our infrastructure, our finances, and the civility/efficiency of our Board meetings. I have also served on several other high-functioning non-profit boards. This has given me experience in creating a collaborative leadership environment where board members cooperatively developed strategy while empowering staff to do the jobs they needed to do so we could realize that strategy. |
